10/10 service, I got my DSG serviced on my TDI here a couple months back, honestly before I had been a little scared because I am a woman and just started to try to get into cars. Zach was awesome, he treated me with respect, gave me a great price on the service, and didn’t try to upsell me anything and talked to me like a person, didn't make me feel like I knew nothing and when it came to me needing a new fuel filter he didn’t try to up charge me for him to do it, he explained where it was and even explained how I could do it myself to save a few bucks. Awesome dude, definitely coming to him when I need car work again!

Zach is very honest and trustworthy! He took the time to process each individual issue my new ( used) Audi had. He is very knowledgeable about all cars though! I had another shop tell me there were issues where there weren't, and he took the time to thoroughly diagnose each issue, and saved me from having to make an expensive repair. I was so disappointed in the other, more known, shops I had taken it to, Zehner's and Pleveris Auto, I felt like they did not listen to me or answer my specific questions, or fix what was wrong with my car! Zach took the time to answer my questions in depth and let me know that this would be a process we would have to take step by step. I am so grateful I found his shop!!! My car is running great now and he only has to hear from me when I need an oil change lol!!! We are taking all our cars there from now on and spread the word as much as we can!

This shop knows very little about performance vehicles. I had my race prepped miata sent here for a pre-purchase inspection. They did not provide a written evaluation and missed many easy obvious problems, costing me thousands of dollars. These problems include torn cv driveshaft boot, leaking cv axle boot, all brakes pads and rotors needing replacements, expired harnesses and seats, and more. I wish I hadn’t taken my car here and went somewhere else. The shop convinced me these issues were not present during the inspection and so initially took down this review. However, later when I rewatched the videos they had sent me of the car, I confirmed the issues were present (and they just blatantly missed them) and so I decided to repost my review.

THE SISTER TRIO The three sisters a year ago

Took my car into Zack today for the first time after finding him on google and being exhausted with spending thousands of dollars with my previous mechanic. My car wasn’t driving how it normally was still, after all the money I’ve spent. Come to find out the previous mechanic left my skid plate loose and one of my tires, literally hanging on by a thread. This problem was found thanks to Zack which saved me and my children from serious danger. God knows what would’ve happened had I not taken it to him. I was so stressed thinking something was seriously wrong and that I was going to have to spend thousands more on repairs . I was so relieved today to find it was something simple. Zack was quick, professional, and the price was reasonable. I even got photos of the problem areas to show me what the issue was. He also let me know when it was going to be time for upcoming repairs. So so so glad I went with my gut and searched elsewhere for service. He has gained a new loyal customer. I will be back in 2 weeks for him to take care of my breaks. Top notch service hands down. He’s honest and doesn’t try to milk you for all your money.

Zack is very good at what he does and have trusted him with several mods to my SQ7. Highly recommend, and very fair on pricing.
